Crackin’ by Beanz Featured on Madden 22 Soundtrack

Madden NFL 22″ officially hit shelves this month, a sign that football season is just around the corner.

Fontanez Recording Client Beanz has released a track titled “Crackin” that is on the game’s soundtrack. The song is produced by famed producer jetsonmade, who has produced some of the biggest hits in recent history including What’s Poppin’ by Jack Harlow and Suge by DaBaby.

The song’s chorus features Beanz rapping “Shit looking tragic, I get it crackin’/Money long and it don’t fall hoe, I get it crackin'”

Beanz’ “Crackin” is one of 11 tracks that debuted on the “Madden NFL 22” soundtrack. Other exclusive songs come from fellow hip-hop stars like Worcester’s own Joyner Lucas, Lil Baby, Ty Dolla $ign, Drake, Benny The Butcher and more.

When Midstate Mitsubishi needed a professional recording studio to produce its latest 60 second Ad spot for their Hybrid vehicle with New England Patriots Running Back Sony Michel they knew to draft the best in the area, Fontanez Recording in Worcester, MA.

Together with their team we were not only able to record, mix and master the vocals but also help with the direction and production of the TV Commercial.

Sholastic Books Fontanez for Epic “Hey Kiddo” Audiobook

Fontanez Recording had the honor and privilege to work with Scholastic Publishers, the world’s largest publisher in children’s and young adult books. According to Wikipedia “Scholastic Corporation is an American multinational publishing, education and media company known for publishing, selling, and distributing books and educational materials for schools, teachers, parents, and children.”

If you grew up in the USA you know who and what Scholastic is. Every book fair was basically run by them. We all remember coming home to our parents with the booklets full of awesome books we wanted our parents to buy, so it was such an amazing honor to receive the call from Scholastic to work on the “Hey Kiddo” audio book.

“Hey Kiddo” was written by New York Times Best Seller Jarret J. Krosoczka and it was an amazing pleasure to have helped him put a voice to this amazing book that is so personal to him.

As described on Jarret’s website “Hey, Kiddo is a profoundly important graphic memoir about growing up in a family grappling with addiction, and finding the art that helps you survive.”

During the recording process Jarret chose to include many of the actual people whom inspired this true story. It included his father, teachers, role models and even his own children.

Working with Jeffrey Donovan of USA Network Hit “Burn Notice”

Burn Notice Jeffrey Donovan Gabrielle Anwar Bruce Campbell Sharon Gless Coby BellAfter having worked with with Oscar Winner and all around cool guy Matthew McConaughey, Fontanez Recording Studios got a bit of the acting bug. well sorta. Not only do we specialize in music pre and post production we’ve now entered the world of film sound engineering.

Our most recent collaboration came with famed actor Jeffrey Donovan of the USA Network Hit Series “Burn Notice” which ran from 2007 – 2013. In it he plays Michael Westen: A former US Army Special Forces soldier and a current CIA contractor, he has been burned (identified as an unreliable or dangerous agent) and now finds himself in his hometown of Miami, unable to leave. With his assets frozen, he is forced to live off his wits and any small investigative jobs he can find while he searches for answers about who has burned him and why. We loved this show. Great acting and quite funny when it needed to be.

Mr. Donovan with our Executive Engineer AlejandroJeffrey is the area filming his latest project, “Honest Thief” starring alongside another amazing actor, Mr. Liam Neeson, and was in need of a studio to do some ADR which stands for “Automated” or “Automatic” Dialog Replacement.

What is ADR?

An actor watches the image repeatedly while listening to the original production track on headphones as a guide. The actor then re-performs each line to match the wording and lip movements. Actors vary in their ability to achieve sync and to recapture the emotional tone of their performance. Learn More Here

Mr. Donovan was in need of doing this for two projects “Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile” A chronicle of the crimes of Ted Bundy, from the perspective of his longtime girlfriend, Elizabeth Kloepfer, who refused to believe the truth about him for years and “Villains” a dark comedy about a pair of amateur criminals that break into a suburban home and stumble upon a dark secret that two sadistic homeowners will do anything to keep from getting out, both of which are in post-production.
